
Here is what we are having tonite :
Stir fry Kailan or Gailan with fish sauce
1 bunch of Kailan vegetables (can be substitute with baby Bak Choy)
2 cloves of finely minced garlic
1 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp sesame oil or olive oil
Pepper to taste
Washed & cleaned Kailan, cut into bite size.
Heat nonstick pan, put oil.
Stir fry garlic until they are fragrant.
Put in the veggie, add fish sauce & pepper.
Stir fry until veggie is tender.
Serve with hot jasmine rice.
